At Indigo Beauty Spa, we value your time and would like to make the booking process as smooth as possible for our valued clients. To ensure availability for your desired appointment time, we do ask that a small deposit be made at the time of booking, whether it's made by phone call or through our website. This deposit will be applied towards your service, and ensures that the time you've selected is reserved just for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice, but rest assured any deposit made is fully refundable if given the right notice (24hrs before). We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service.

We want to make sure that we can accommodate all of our clients in a timely manner. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, we unfortunately may need to charge a $50 fee for last minute cancellations or no-shows, which will be applied to the credit card on file. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a fantastic service experience.

At Indigo Beauty Spa, we understand that things can come up and schedules can change. In order to provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We do allow a 15-minute grace period for any unforeseen circumstances. However, after that time, we may need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a "no-show". Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information. Additionally, please note that tardiness beyond the grace period will incur a $50 fee to cover the inconvenience and disruption to the service provided

At Indigo Beauty Spa, we strive to provide the best possible service and results for your lash extensions. To ensure the optimal health of your natural lashes and retention of the extensions, we recommend scheduling fill appointments within 21 days from your last appointment. To help us achieve the best results, we ask that fill appointments include a minimum of 50-40% of extensions remaining. If less than percentage of extensions remain, it will be considered a new set. Please understand this policy is in place to ensure the best possible results and to maintain the health of your natural lashes. At Indigo Beauty Spa, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our clients. In order to ensure that we can deliver on that promise, we do ask that clients coming to us for a foreign fill appointment have their previous work assessed by one of our technicians. This allows us to ensure that the work we will be doing is of the highest quality and will give you the best results. In the case that we are unable to work on top of the previous extensions, we will be happy to advise on a removal and new set. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but it is our way to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the work we do for you. 48 HR Touch Up Policy
Indigo Beauty Spa will grant a complimentary touch up to clients who experience excessive fallout of 40% or more within a 48 hour timespan after the service is completed. You MUST have experienced a fallout of 40% or more, anything less than that is not valid to participate in this policy. After the 48 hours, Indigo Beauty Spa is no longer responsible nor required to provide a complimentary retouch of the extensions. You must contact us within the 48 hours after the appointment and book a retouch on the next available business day.

Our team of skilled technicians strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every visit. However, it is essential to establish a clear policy regarding refunds to maintain fairness and transparency in our business practices. Therefore, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy:
Service Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to delivering exceptional service. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your lash or brow service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We will schedule a complimentary touch-up appointment to address any concerns you may have.
No Cash Refunds: As each service is performed by our trained technicians using premium products, we do not offer cash refunds for completed services.
Store Credit Only: In the event that you are unsatisfied with a service and a touch-up appointment does not resolve the issue, we will provide store credit for the amount paid for the service. This credit can be used for any future lash or brow service at our studio.
Allergic Reactions: While rare, allergic reactions can occur. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during your service, please contact us immediately. We will provide a complimentary consultation to assess the situation and offer appropriate solutions, such as a product patch test or store credit.
Adverse Reactions: In the case of an adverse reaction or medical condition preventing you from receiving future lash or brow services, please contact us promptly. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit for any unused services.
Policy Updates: Our No Refund Policy may be revised or updated from time to time. Customers will be informed of any changes through our website or in-studio notices.
